Official requests/electronic applications

System focused in the automation of the capture of applications, enrollments, registrations, etc., which require sending by post or handling in paper documents that must be verified.

The process is as follows:

 

1º STEP

Those who are interested in applying must connect to a webpage, download an electronic application form and fill it up with their data. The form can have validations and completion rules.

2º STEP

After that, they must print the form with their own printer. The form will have their personal data and a bidimensional barcode. This document is sent by post (or handled in), with all the required documents (for example, a photocopy of a payroll).

3º STEP

Once the documents arrive to the entityt, the forms are read with a barcode reader. Automatically, all the information is stored in the database. It can also be inserted manually.
